What is an occlusion trainer?

Bite firmly on the occlusion trainer. It helps your aligners to sit properly.

If an Invisalign aligner does not fit, try using the blue occlusion trainer in that area several times a day to bring the aligners back into position where they do not fit. Sometimes it is also necessary to remove the attachments or even to order new aligners. As soon as you notice that one or more teeth are “dropping out” of the aligner, it is best to book an earlier check-up appointment.
