2. Discount for paying upfront: save with a one-off payment

For families who prefer to pay the treatment costs in a single sum, we at the Eltz Institut offer a discount for paying upfront. If you pay the full cost of treatment at once, you receive a 4% discount on the total cost.

Benefits of the discount for paying upfront:

• Savings: You save 4% of the treatment costs if you pay the sum straight away.
• Tax advantages: In Austria, payments for medical treatment can be claimed as extraordinary expenses in your annual tax return (Lohnsteuerausgleich). Depending on your income and family size, this can bring you additional tax savings of several hundred euros.

3. Financing models for every treatment

At the Eltz Institut we offer a wide range of payment models tailored to the treatment in question. Whether for fixed braces, aligners or free braces (covered by Austrian public health insurance) – our financing options allow you to cover the costs conveniently and predictably.

• Fixed braces: The classic treatment with fixed brackets, which can be financed by instalments or by paying upfront.
• Aligners (invisible braces): Treatment with invisible aligners can be financed by instalments or by paying upfront.
• Free braces: For severe malocclusions that fall under IOTN 4 & 5 (Index of Orthodontic Treatment Need), health insurance covers the full cost of treatment.

4. Support with health insurance subsidies

Depending on the severity of the malocclusion and the type of treatment, you may be entitled to a subsidy or to full coverage of the treatment costs by your health insurance fund. At the Eltz Institut we support you with the application and inform you about the possible health insurance benefits.

• Free braces: For severe malocclusions (IOTN 4 & 5), health insurance covers the cost of treatment.
